Don Packwood

Born in the summer of 1949, Don has painted in oils from the age of eight. Specializing in later years in marine and motorsport subjects.

Don is totally self taught and has developed many techniques in his style of painting. Using impressionism combined with realism, Don creates amazing thought-provoking images on canvas.

An inherited mechanical engineering background encouraged Don's wide range of artistic interest’s particularly classic and vintage cars.

Cars have been so much a part of my life over the years and many fine examples in my view are works of art, a tribute to the artisans who originaly crafted them.
